Get your business ready for success :
With a well-written business plan is important when you’re about to start a business.
A business plan is a document that gets to the heart of what your business does, how it works and what will help it succeed.
A business plan should be a living document. Rather than file it away, use it to monitor progress and keep your new business on track.
There are three important section to include in your business plan.
1. Your business and objectives
Describe your business, outlining the different product(s) and/or service(s) you offer. Set out your short and long term objectives and describe how a Start Up Loan will help you to achieve these.
2 . Your skills and experience
Outline any previous experience, employment, education or training work that you have done that is relevant to your business.
3. Back-up plan
A back-up plan details how you will manage your loan repayments if your business doesn’t go according to plan. It should include: what your loan repayments are; how you would manage these repayments in the case of an unexpected event and why you feel this is a realistic plan.
